The best before date will be clearly displayed on the tea packaging. After this date, the tea does not go off and is not dangerous to drink but it may lose some flavour.
No. They are made from cornstarch and are biodegradable.
The attached tags are also biodegradable.
Our teabags are made from cornstarch so are fully biodegradable. However, they require a higher level of heat, water, oxygen and microorganisms to break them down than is possible with home composting. We suggest you put them in your council food waste bin for industrial composting.
Natureflex™ is made from cellulose from renewable wood pulp and is biodegradable.
We recommend speaking to your GP before drinking any herbal infusion if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you have high blood pressure, consult your GP before drinking our I Hate The World blend, which contains liquorice.
Our teas are packed in a factory that handles almond, gluten, hazelnut, milk, mustard, peanut, sesame, soya and sulphites.
Yes. All of our blends are suitable for vegans.
The herbs used in our teas are selected for their taste and quality. We try to use organic wherever possible but are not 100% organic. Some small growers cannot afford the costly application process required for an organic certification.
